The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs as it was close to the Excel exhibition center where I was attending an event for a couple of days. it was easily accessible from the airport and I didn't have to worry about transportation. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The cleanliness of the room was excellent and the facilities provided were great. Lastly, the breakfast offered a varied and good quality selection, served in a clean and well-staffed restaurant with a nice view of the water.

The proximity to the trade show venue was convenient, making it easy for me to attend my business meetings. the hotel's cleanliness was perfect, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. The gym and sauna facilities were a great bonus, allowing me to unwind and relax after a long day at the trade show.
There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm, and despite my complaints, it was not resolved.

I recently stayed in a hotel that was conveniently located within walking distance of the Emirates Air cable car. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the excel centre and the station for the cable cars over the river Thames. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. I also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant.

This place offers luxurious comfort with excellent services. The location is perfect, right by the river and near lots of restaurants. The room is well-equipped with amenities and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the view of the docks from my room was breathtaking.
Check before traveling on the Elizabeth Line, especially on Sunday morning check-out, but this hotel is recommended to everyone.
